How far in advance should I book service?During peak seasons (spring/summer), we recommend booking 1 – 2 weeks out. For large commercial projects, 2 – 4 weeks is best, but not required. Call us to see if there is availability!

What is your cancellation policy?We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancellation. Last-minute notice (within 24 hours of scheduled service) will result in a flat-rate service fee as outlined in our service terms.
