​With three decades of exterior cleaning experience under his belt, Chris is more than just a technician—he’s a craftsman with deep roots in the industry.
It runs in the family, too. He started washing semi trucks and trailers for his Uncle's truck wash at just 15. At 26, Chris went on to open his first family-owned business, C & J’s Pressure Washing based in Tacoma, WA, only closing doors after 16 years because of the pandemic.

Today, Chris brings that same small-business pride and attention to detail to every single project - be it a commercial property, company fleet, or concrete surface.​

Chris is known for his kind-hearted attitude and can-do approach, making even the toughest jobs feel manageable and stress-free for our community members. His work ethic is matched only by his genuine care for people and the communities we serve.​
Off the clock, Chris is a true lover of outdoors — whether he’s out kayaking, hitting the golf course, or digging into yard work. A die-hard Seattle sports fan and proud family man, Chris is deeply connected to the Pacific Northwest and committed to helping it shine—literally.

With over two decades of marketing experience, Jodi brings a dynamic blend of strategic thinking, creative flair, and hands-on business insight to every project she takes on. She’s built structures for content-rich campaigns, managed cross-channel marketing for a multi-million dollar regional brand, and served as the office professional for C & J's Pressure Washing, our first family-owned business.
Whether it's updating the website, fine-tuning a promotional campaign, or crafting a client proposal, her perfectionism isn’t just a trait — it’s her superpower. From complex scheduling to deadline accuracy, she brings a level of passion that elevates everything we put our name on.
Outside of work, she is an extremely proud boy-mom with a deep appreciation for nature. A lifelong creative always in the middle of a new project — you can bet she's dreaming up the next creative venture.

He’s not just chasing big goals — he’s also setting the pace for the next generation. As a proud big brother, Lochlan takes his role seriously, leading by example and showing his little brother what it means to be part of the PacWest family crew.
When he’s not thinking big, Lochlan is all about the simple joys: checking out the local car shows, gaming with longtime friends, tossing the football around, and hanging out with his best girl, Stella — the family’s lovable golden lab.

Her paw of approval reminds us that a truly clean space should always be a safe one, too.
